Cancellation Policy
CANCELLATION POLICY
Please give AT LEAST 48 hours notice when cancelling an appointment. Appointments cancelled less than 48 hours before time of service will be charged 50% of the service booked via card on file.
LATE ARRIVAL
Arriving to your appointment 10 minutes (or more) late will result in a reduced service time or a complete reschedule. The original service booked will be charged for reduced time services. For reschedules due to late arrival, the cancellation fee will be applied.
RESCHEDULING
All reschedules must be done at least 48 hours prior to your original appointment. Failure to do so will result in application of the cancellation fee.
For appointments rescheduled more than 2 times, a deposit of 50% of the service booked must be paid to reschedule a 3rd time. Rescheduling the same appointment more than 3 times may result in loss of online booking privileges. You may be added to a wait list for last minute appointment availability.
