CANCELLATION POLICY
LATE POLICY: Arriving late will result in a reduced service time. Arriving more than 15 minutes late will result in a complete reschedule, the cancellation fee of 50% must be paid to reschedule. CANCELLATION POLICY: Cancellations must be done at least 48 hours before scheduled appointment time. Failure to cancel within this window will result in a charge of 50% of the service booked. RESCHEDULING POLICY: The same appointment may be rescheduled twice. After the second reschedule, a non-refundable deposit must be paid to book a third time. Frequent reschedules and cancellations will be subject to a loss of online booking privileges.
