CANCELLATION POLICY
PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING 🤍 Life happens, and I completely understand! However, to respect everyone’s time, these policies apply to all clients and every appointment (regardless of the reason for cancellation or rescheduling). By booking, you acknowledge and agree to these policies and accept responsibility for any applicable fees. Thank you for valuing my time and the time of other clients just as I value yours! LATE POLICY: Arriving late will result in reduced service time. Arrivals more than 15 minutes late will require rescheduling, with a 50% cancellation fee due before rebooking. CANCELLATION POLICY: Appointments must be canceled at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations made within 48 hours will incur a fee of 50% of the booked service. RESCHEDULING POLICY: The same appointment may be rescheduled twice. A non-refundable deposit is required to book a third time. Frequent rescheduling or cancellations may result in loss of online booking privileges.
